Where can I get healing hands? Where is Brull Browbeater - Guild Wars Forums

Hi.

Im looking for the elite skill healind hands. I have searched 10 times Perdition Rock and havent found Brull Browbeater. Where is he?!

Im very thankful for any help and directions/positions. But no links please to lists with elite skills. They dont help in this situation.
